Tucanos invites you to experience a series of exclusive Chef's Dinners, each one honoring a part of Brazil's culinary heritage. Indigenous ingredients & techniques form the foundation, while Portuguese colonists, African communities, and later immigrants from Europe, Asia & the Middle East have all left their mark. This blending of traditions-cassava and acai from native peoples, tropical fruits and beans from Africa, and savory meats and pastries-has created a Brazilian cuisine that is unique.
July 16th - Japanese | October 15th - Italian | January 21st - German
Each country's honored dinner will be complemented by our traditional Churrasco, Unlimited Salad Festival, and uniqely paried beverages to blend with the meal.
