ClubTucanos is our loyalty program designed to thank you for making Tucanos Brazilian Grill your favorite restaurant and reward you with free Rewards just for dining with us.  You'll earn points with every purchase and get rewarded with free food, swag and experiences.  When you sign up, you'll get a free Decadent Chocolate Tower Cake, and a free meal on your birthday, and you'll earn points towards free rewards every time you order from Tucanos. Our ClubTucanos app also allows you to place to-go orders, make reservations or join the waitlist, and receive early notice of exclusive Tucanos events. 

As a ClubTucanos member you will receive 1 point for each dollar spent on food and beverage purchases. Accumulated points will be converted to restaurant credit each time that you reach the 200-point threshold (200 points = $10). Restaurant credit can be used for purchases in the restaurant, online or through the ClubTucanos App. 

As a ClubTucanos member you will also be able to participate in special discounts, events and challenges that are reserved for loyalty members. 

You'll earn additional benefits and VIP access to exclusive events as you level up to Tucanos Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Tiers based on your annual points earned.

The new ClubTucanos Rewards Program has several new features not available previously:

• Check-in with your phone number or email or scan your receipt to earn points.

• Points will now convert automatically to restaurant credit that can be applied to your Tucanos purchases.   

• Participate in regular challenges to earn additional rewards.

• New functionality in the Tucanos app including: 1) Place To-Go, Delivery or Catering orders directly through the App, 2) Purchase and redeem digital gift cards, 3) Provide feedback, and 4) Make Reservations or Join the Waitlist.

• Free Birthday Meal will now be awarded 15 days before your birthday and will be valid until 30 days after your birthday.  (You must be a ClubTucanos member at the time the Award is issued to receive the Free Birthday Meal.)

• New Tier points multipliers at lower levels than ever before.

All banked item rewards will remain in your account.  All earned points have been converted to restaurant credit at the rate of $10 for 200 points.  Any balance or remaining balance of points below the 200 point threshold have been brought over at the same point balance (1 point for 1 point).  Any tier level earned prior to the end of 2025 will continue through 2026.

Tier levels are earned based on annual spend.  Points towards tier levels are reset each year.  Tier status continues for 365 days from the date the tier status is reached. ClubTucanos tier levels are as follows:

Bonze Tier - Sign up for Club Tucanos and get:

• Free Decadent Dessert of your choice for signing up

• Free Birthday meal issued 14 days before your birthday – valid for 45 days

• Early news, announcements and invitations to events

• Silver Tier - Spend $200 and get:

• Silver Tier Level Award (issued automatically when tier is reached)

• Earn 1.25 points for each $1 in purchases after reaching the Silver Tier

Gold Tier – Spend $500 and get:

• 1 VIP Access reward to skip to the front of the line.

• Gold Tier Award (issued automatically when tier is reached)

• Earn 1.5 points for each $1 in purchases after reaching the Gold Tier

Platinum VIP – Spend $3,000 and get:

• Exclusive Invitation to VIP dining events

• Platinum Tier Level Award (issued automatically when tier is reached)

• Priority Early Reservations for Tucanos Holiday and Special Events

The updated ClubTucanos Rewards Program has several new features that have changed from the previous platform:

• Tier level thresholds have been lowered so you can achieve your tier levels quicker and easier.  Tier level multipliers are applied to points earned after reaching the tier, so you earn points and rewards faster.

All banked dollar rewards have been converted to Store Currency Rewards at the rate of $1 for $1 of banked rewards.  All Item Rewards have been carried over to the new App.  All accrued point balances have been transferred over at 1 point = 1 point conversion.  Following the transfer, points have been automatically converted to Store Currency at the rate of 200 points = $10.  (For example, if you had a balance of 250 accrued points, you received $10 in Stored Currency and have a balance of 50 points.) 

Earning points is automatic when you provide your server with your registered email or phone number prior to paying for your order.  If you forgot to check in at the time of your order, you can scan your receipt to receive your points.  When you order through the App or online through the website using your email or phone number, points will be added to your account automatically. 

Points are earned at the time of purchase on gift card purchases made at any Tucanos restaurant or through the Tucanos website.  No points are earned on the redemption of gift cards, or on the purchase of gift cards through third-party retailers.

No, points are not earned when orders are placed with a delivery service provider (e.g., UberEats, DoorDash, Grubhub, Postmates, etc.) for pick-up or delivery.

Points do not expire unless you are inactive for 12 months. Points toward tier levels will reset at the beginning of each year.  Once you have reached a tier level, you will maintain that level for 365 days from the date the tier level was earned.

Store Currency rewards expire 180 days from the date they were awarded.  Other rewards may have individual expiration dates which may vary from reward to reward.  Expiration time frames (if any) will be identified with the reward at the time an award is granted.

The updated ClubTucanos no longer supports a Rewards Marketplace where points are exchanged for menu items.  Instead, points are converted automatically to Store Currency Rewards that can be applied to the purchase of any items available through the restaurant's menu, website or the ClubTucanos App.   

If your reward has "Redeem" on it, click on the reward and then click the 'Redeem in Store' button.  The app will ask if you are sure that you want to redeem the reward.  Click the 'Continue' button and present the reward to a staff member who will apply the reward for you.  You can also have your server look up your available rewards by providing your name, email or phone number associated with your ClubTucanos account.  Be careful to not hit the 'Mark as Used' button, as this will make the reward disappear from your account.

No.  You can only use one reward redemption per purchase.  If you have multiple automatic rewards activated, they will only be applied one at a time.  You can also select which reward you wish to have applied in the app or by notifying your server.

Some rewards will only be available for a limited time, which will be stated on the reward.  The Signup reward expires after 30 days.  The Free Birthday Meal reward expires 30 days after your birthday.  Rewards that do not state an expiration do not expire, unless you are inactive for 12 months. The Free Birthday Meal reward will not be issued or available to inactive accounts.

The Free Birthday Meal is a reward that we provide to our loyal guests. The reward will be automatically applied to active accounts 14 days prior to the date of your birthday and will be valid for 45 days. To redeem the reward simply click on the Reward, select Redeem and show to your server. You may also give the server your email or phone number associated with your account and the server will apply the reward. ClubTucanos free meal redemption requires the purchase of an additional meal of equal value.

- Valid with purchase of another meal of equal or greater value.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.

- Offers can only be redeemed by the person named in Club Tucanos and ID Verification required for redemption.

- Cannot be combined with any other special, discount or feature, including but not limited to specially priced promotions such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Thanksgiving and New Year's

- Cannot be used for Take-Out or To-Go orders, unless specifically noted on the offer

- No Duplicate accounts allowed

- Offers are not redeemable for cash or gift certificates.

- Limit ONE free meal per person per year, non-transferrable.

- Limit ONE check-in per 24 hour period.

- Applicable taxes paid by bearer.

You must be a member of ClubTucanos at the time of the issuance of the Free Birthday Meal reward (14 days prior to your birthday) to be eligible for the Birthday Reward.  For new sign-ups, Birthday Meal will not be redeemable until 24 hours after credited to your account.

ClubTucanos no longer requires or uses linked credit cards to award points.  If your account had a previously linked credit card, the link has been deactivated. Tucanos has neither stored, nor had access to your credit card information. 

No. We neither store nor see your credit card information. When you make a digital purchase, your card information is stored in a payment vault for re-use on future orders. It is stored in a manner – tokenized and encrypted – that is unreadable to Tucanos– we do not see or know your card number. When you use that card to make purchases, your card is sent securely from that vault to Tucanos' ordering platform for processing.

No. We don't share your personal information (your name, your email address) with anyone.
